All those and still nothing, I can however access the app via my iphone, ipad, and my xbox, with no problems. All it tells me is it can’t connect to the Disney + service, I don’t even get an error code. Uplug each Fire TV, Firestick or Fire device that you have for a couple minutes (This should refresh your Fire device similarly as your router) then plug it back in and restart. ... but the profles STILL EXIST when I access the site thru my computer.
